Global B2B paid ads agency.
Run by an ex-LinkedIn Account Director.
Campaigns built around your pipeline and reported against it, not against impressions. You work with me, Thomas Germain, from the first call, and the account never passes to a junior.
Five platforms, one person accountable for the whole budget
I run your LinkedIn, Google, Meta, Microsoft and Reddit campaigns myself, from one plan and one measurement setup. Budget can then move to whichever platform is producing pipeline, instead of staying split the way it was at launch.
130+

Where I run your budget
You’re spending on B2B ads, but it isn’t showing up in pipeline.
Your agency treats B2B like B2C
A long sales cycle with several decision-makers needs a different playbook from B2C. Chase the cheapest lead and the CRM fills up with contacts your sales team won’t call back.
Five platforms, five separate plans
LinkedIn, Google, Meta, Microsoft and Reddit each reward different targeting and formats. Managed in silos, two platforms end up claiming the same conversion while nobody decides where the next euro should go.
Clicks in the report, nothing in the pipeline
Platforms report impressions and CTR because they’re easy to count. If nobody can trace those numbers to opportunities in your CRM, they say nothing about whether the spend worked.
You can’t wait 6 months to find out
On a first launch or a new market, every month spent on the wrong audience is budget you don’t get back and pipeline that arrives a month later.
The BLAST method
Five stages, each with a timeline, so you know what happens in week one and when budget starts moving to what works.
Baseline
Day 0It starts with a discovery call and an audit of your accounts and tracking. I define the ICP with you and list the quick wins the audit turns up.
Launch
Week 1-2I build the campaign structure, set up tracking (GTM, GA4, CAPI), prepare the audiences and write the ads, then put the campaigns live.
Analyse
Week 3+I read results against your pipeline, not CTR, and the A/B tests and bid changes follow from what the CRM shows.
Scale
Month 2+I move budget toward what produces revenue and cut what doesn’t; a new platform comes in only when the data justifies it.
Track
OngoingEvery report ties spend to pipeline and comes with recommendations. Optimization carries on for as long as the campaigns run.
B2B paid ads services and pricing

Who is B2BLAST for?
Companies that sell to other businesses and want one senior person running their paid ads across several platforms. A startup launching its first campaigns fits as well as an established company opening new markets, as long as there’s a sales team to follow up on the leads.
How is this different from a regular ads agency?
In many agencies, a senior person wins the account and a junior account manager runs it from a playbook. Here the person you meet on the first call, a former LinkedIn Account Director and Google Account Strategist, builds and manages every campaign.
What ad budget do I need to get started?
I recommend at least €5,000 a month in ad spend. Spread over one or two platforms, anything less rarely collects enough conversions for bidding and testing decisions to rest on data. Still, that’s a recommendation, not a cut-off, and a smaller budget is worth a conversation.
Does the pricing include ad spend?
No. The €2K-8K monthly fee covers strategy, setup, day-to-day management, optimization and reporting. The platforms bill ad spend directly to your own payment method, so that money never passes through me. I manage how it’s spent, but the money stays in your own accounts.
How quickly can I expect results?
The first clicks and leads can arrive within 2 weeks. It takes 4-6 weeks of data before optimization decisions are reliable, and typically 2-3 months before the effect shows in your pipeline.
How long is the commitment?
The first engagement runs 3 months, roughly the time it takes to test properly and see an effect on pipeline. After that it’s month-to-month with 30 days’ notice, and nothing ties you in beyond the first 3 months.

What do you need from me to get started?
Access to your ad accounts (I can create them if you have none), access to your CRM so I can tie conversions to pipeline, your brand guidelines and visual assets, and 30 minutes a week for a check-in. I handle the rest.
Do you write the ad copy yourself?
Yes. I write every ad myself, in English and French, and each language version starts from its own market instead of being a translation of the other.
Can I see examples of your work?
Yes. The Case Studies page covers campaigns from my time as LinkedIn Account Director, where I advised teams such as Devoteam’s; B2BLAST itself opened in October 2025. On the discovery call I can walk you through the strategy behind each one.
Why a flat fee instead of a percentage of ad spend?
On a percentage, the agency earns more every time your spend goes up, whether or not the extra spend works. A flat fee pays me the same either way, so if a smaller budget can hit your targets, I’ll say so. Your fee also stays predictable, whatever happens to your ad spend.
